What can AgentMode actually do?

It handles email, preps meetings, researches with sources, plans your week, and makes real documents: Word, PDF, PowerPoint, Excel, delivered in your chat. If you can describe it in a message, your agent can probably do it.

Where do I chat with my agent?

In the AgentMode app, on your phone or computer. Your conversations stay in one place, and your agent picks up right where you left off.

What can it connect to?

Gmail, Google Calendar, Notion, and hundreds of other tools. Each one connects in a click. Your agent only uses what you've connected, and you can disconnect anything whenever you want.

Which AI models can it use?

Your plan includes our everyday model for normal use. When a task needs more, pick Claude, GPT, Mistral or hundreds of others, and you'll see roughly what a message costs before you choose. You can switch anytime without losing anything.

Does it do things on its own?

Yes. Besides the tasks you schedule, it checks in on its own, keeps a Goals page with what you're working toward, and suggests Ideas it could take off your plate. Everything it does lands in your conversation and in Activity, and one switch pauses it.

Where does my data live?

Your account and agent records are stored by the platform, with a separate workspace for your files. Relevant conversation, file and connected-app content is sent to the model and services needed for your request. Provider retention and processing vary. Deleting your agent requests cleanup; it does not delete your sign-in account or cancel an App Store subscription. Our Privacy Policy explains the services involved.

What's included for $30 a month?

Your own always-on agent running on our everyday model, included with your plan for normal day-to-day use. You also get 200 credits every month for premium models like Claude and GPT.

What are credits for?

Credits pay for premium models, which are better at long, tricky tasks and polished writing. A message on a premium model usually costs a fraction of a credit to a few credits, and you'll see roughly how much before you pick one. Monthly credits reset each billing cycle.

What happens if I use a lot?

The everyday model has a generous included amount. If you go past it, your agent keeps working on your credits until it resets. Need more credits? Packs are 200 for $10, 500 for $25, or 1000 for $50, and pack credits never expire.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. You get 7 days to try everything, with the everyday model included and 50 credits for premium models. We ask for a card upfront so your agent stays running. You won't be charged until the trial ends.

What if it makes a mistake?

You choose the app permissions your agent works under. Actions that require approval wait for your decision. You can review its recorded work in your conversation and Activity.

Can I control what it does?

You choose which apps it can use and set approval rules for their actions. Requests that need your OK wait for a decision. One switch pauses autonomous work, and you can still chat while it rests.
